User Agreement
Broker Scores Website Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 24, 2025
This User Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and Broker Scores (the “Administration,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of the Broker Scores website, located at https://broker-scores.com (the “Site”).
1. Definitions
Site: The website located at https://broker-scores.com, including all its content, services, and software.
Administration: The company Broker Scores, the owner and operator of the Site.
User: Any legally capable individual (“you”) who accesses or uses the Site.
Content: Any information posted on the Site, including texts, graphics, reviews, ratings, company data, and intellectual property.
Services: All functional capabilities provided to the User through the Site, including but not limited to account registration and authentication, posting information about companies, and publishing reviews and comments.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site in any way, including browsing pages, completing registration, logging in, posting a review, or adding a company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Site.
3. Services Provided
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site and its Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
The primary Services include:
Providing access to the Site’s Content for informational purposes.
Creating and managing a user account.
The ability to post and view reviews of brokerage companies.
The ability to submit information about brokerage companies.
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
4.1. Our Rights (Administration)
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any Content that, in our sole judgment, violates this Agreement, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.
We may temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate the terms of this Agreement.
We may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time by publishing an updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
4.2. Your Obligations (User)
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of any Content you submit, post, or display on the Site.
4.3. Prohibited Activities
You are strictly prohibited from:
Posting Illegal or Harmful Content: Submitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or incites violence or illegal activities.
Violating Data Privacy: Sharing the personal data of others without their explicit consent, in violation of the GDPR.
Infringing Intellectual Property: Posting or distributing content that infringes upon the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
Abusing the System: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site’s systems or other user accounts, or distributing spam, viruses, or other malicious software.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content and materials available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, design, software code, and databases, are the exclusive property of the Administration and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No Content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any way without our prior written permission.
By posting your own content on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the Site.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Site and its Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any user-generated content. We are not a party to any transaction or relationship between Users and the brokerage companies listed on the Site. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union member state in which the User has their habitual residence.
Before initiating legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by sending a written claim to our contact email. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the claim within 30 business days. For any issues related to data protection under the GDPR, you have the right to contact your local data protection authority.
8. General Provisions
This Agreement is effective from the moment you first use the Site and remains in effect indefinitely.
Our Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated by reference.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
